Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Follow a few instructions mentioned below:

  1. Have recreational activities as a couple and quit recreational drugs if you have been taking them.
  2. Have complete check-ups and treatment of any health issues you and your husband have.
  3. Have daily walks, exercise, and yoga, and try to have a normal body mass index and weight.
  4. Have a healthy diet with less salt, sugar, oil, and spice and lots of fruits, vegetables, and water.
  5. Have you observed weight gain, or abnormal hair growth these days? If yes then could be a polycystic ovary.
  6. Have you done a scan transvaginal do it better.
  7. Have sex in a fertile period of cycle.
  8. If just two or three days differences then do not bother and try to avoid hormones to further regulate cycles instead do have sex in the fertile period regularly from day 7 to 15 on alternate days to have conception. If you want to regulate cycles then you can have (COCP) for three months but this will act as a contraceptives and u would be unable to try to conceive.
  9. Have daily Folic acid of 0.5 mg (milligrams) if do not have any chronic health issues. But increase the dose to 5 mg if have been treated for diseases like epilepsy, or diabetes.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
