I have some pimple-like symptoms in my pubic region. I noticed it over three weeks ago. Assuming it is just heat rashes, I have applied some soothing cream on it, but they are not fading. Kindly help.

Did this start with a single lesion (pimple) and then gradually increase in number??

This is mostly an infection from that massage. I suggest you follow a few instructions mentioned below:

Apply Clindamycin cream three times daily.
Apply Candid B cream (antifungal) thrice daily.

Thanks for your follow up question on icliniq. This looks like infection, mostly fungal infection.
