Hello doctor,
What lifestyle modifications and diet work for daytime acid reflux symptoms? I do not have any heartburn while lying down or sleeping. Please help.

I suggest you reduce stress and make the following diet modifications:
1. Always eat half stomach.
2. Do not drink plenty of water during food. Drink only a small quantity of water for smooth swallowing and clearing your throat. You can take plenty of water either half an hour before food or two hours after food. This is because if you take plenty of water along with food, the stomach will be full, increasing your trouble.
3. Have split your meals, small meals frequently.
