Hello doctor,

Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Thanks for your query.
Your symptoms seem to be due to the involvement of the inner ear. It could be due to Meniere's disease, otosclerosis, infection in the inner ear, etc. I suggest you consult a specialist doctor. Treatment will proceed accordingly.
Meanwhile, I would suggest you following measures that will help you.
1. Bed rest with head supported on pillows to prevent excessive movements.
2. A low-salt diet.
3. Avoid excessive intake of water, tea, alcohol, and chocolates.
4. Avoid stress, do yoga, and relaxation exercises.
5. Avoid flying or diving underwater.
Hope it helps.
Thanks and regards.
