How can premature ejaculation be prolonged?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a straight guy virgin who is 22 years old. I developed a masturbation addiction at a young age. As a result, I now ejaculate frequently—often in less than a minute. In a year or two, I hope to tie the knot as I am currently dating. I am pretty concerned about my health and occasionally feel suicidal. What are the remedies for my early ejaculation, and is it possible to prolong it? Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Regarding your symptoms, you have the following diagnosis: oligospermia. Please follow the suggestions below.

  1. Sertraline (Zoloft) 10mg - By mouth once daily (QD)

  2. Metronidazole 400mg - By mouth thrice daily (TID)

  3. Manix 500mg - By mouth thrice daily (TID)

  4. Co-Amoxiclav 625mg (Amoxicillin and Clavulanic Acid) - By mouth twice daily (bid).

However, please consult a physician, discuss with them, and start taking the medications with their consent. If your symptoms persist, schedule another appointment for follow-up via chat, phone, or video consultation.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Regards.
