Is premature ejaculation because of my small penis?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am suffering from premature ejaculation, and my partner also complains that I have a small penis. Is this related to premature ejaculation? Also, I have a small pimple on the tip of the penis.

I kindly request that you advise me on this matter.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

A small penis is not at all related to PME (premature ejaculation). What is the timing, as you mentioned that you are suffering from PME? Then only, I will be able to suggest a treatment.

Small pimples over the tip of the penis are normal. Also, send details like color, consistency of these pimples, whether they are painful or cause itching.

Kindly answer all these questions, so I will be able to help you better.

Thank you and take care.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

My timing is two to three minutes. Also, for the question of the pimple, the pimple is white, and it looks like a secretion in the back foreskin of my circumcised penis, where there are stitch marks.

Kindly request your advice on both problems.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

First of all, if possible, please send good-quality photographs taken in natural light, as it could be candidal balanoposthitis, molluscum contagiosum, or folliculitis. Regarding timing, do the Kegel exercise.

Additionally, I suggest taking the tablet Dejac T (containing Tadalafil and Dapoxetine) once daily at 8 PM. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss the matter with them, and start taking the medicines only after obtaining their consent.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Regards.
