Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 16-year-old boy and I have been masturbating since the age of 13. I have masturbated again after controlling myself for a long time but did not rub it. I repeatedly touched it for pleasure but it ejaculated the same way after masturbation. Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern,

Masturbation is normal, ninety-five percent of males do it (out of a hundred male ninety-five male). It is just another way of having sex without a partner. It is a good practice and below are some of its benefits:

  1. It helps to relieve stress.

  2. Boosts mood.

  3. Improves sleep.

  4. Helps to prevent depression and anxiety.

  5. Relaxes the mind of a person.

  6. Relieves pain and muscle cramps.

  7. Relieves the sexual tension.

  8. Improves the confidence of a person.

  9. Allows one to have better sex.

  10. Helps the person understand his needs and desires.

  11. In females, masturbation increases vaginal blood flow.

Masturbation would not harm your penis, and having it two to three times a week is not an issue, Increased frequency can cause tiredness, loss of concentration, sense of infertility. Following are certain ways to reduce masturbation:

  1. Sex education.

  2. Physical exercises.

  3. Sleep adjustment.

  4. Quality of sleep.

  5. A healthy and balanced diet.

  6. Programming for leisure time.

  7. Development of spirituality.

  8. Taking a cold bath.

For tiredness or a decrease in strength, you can use the following:

  1. Take a capsule of Astymin forte (Biotin) once every morning.

  2. Take a tablet of Shelcal (Calcium) once at night after food for thirty days.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
