Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am 32 years old. My sperm count is very low. It is watery, and only a few drops come out during ejaculation. I am trying to conceive. Please suggest some medicine.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern.
Watery semen can be due to low sperm count (oligospermia). For that, you need to do a complete semen examination to know the cause for appropriate treatment. Frequent masturbation or sex in a day can cause such issues. You can have sex or masturbation two to three times a week. If you want to have more sex, you need to plan for high protein and drink adequate water. Zinc deficiency can cause this issue. You can use Zincovit (multivitamins) once a morning after food for 30 days. Pre-ejaculation fluid can be thought of as semen, so make sure you ejaculate and check. Are you on any long-term medication? Please share those details. In general, plan for regular exercise and proper diet. Take a protein-rich diet.
Hope this addresses your query.
Kind regards.
