Hello doctor,
I am a hemophiliac and suffering from severe hemophilia A. I am using factor VIII injection frequently. Is there any other permanent cure available for hemophilia?

I understood your concern.
The only treatment for your case is prophylactic factor 8 injections twice or thrice a week because factor VIII activity of less than two percent leads to spontaneous bleeding risk. Try to avoid injury to the body. Also, a regular follow-up visit with a nearby hematologist is required.
Another mode of treatment is Desmopressin (synthetic vasopressin) and Tranexamic acid (antifibrinolytic) when bleeding occurs.
In around 20 percent of hemophilia patients, factor VIII inhibitors develop which is antibody development against factor VIII. So, check for inhibitor development as well. If inhibitors are developed then the dose needs to be increased or Desmopressin can be given as prophylaxis.
