Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

If you are dealing with hemorrhoids, here is a recommended course of action:

  1. Syrup Lactihep(Lactitol): Take 20 ml at night.

  2. Free Lac Powder: Consume two teaspoons twice a day in a glass of water.

  3. Tablet OSIL: Take twice daily for 10 days.

  4. Betadine Solution (Sitz Bath): Add a small amount to lukewarm water in a tub and sit for 15 minutes twice a day.

  5. For Bleeding: Take tablet Tranexa 500 mg (tranexamic acid) twice daily for three days.

  6. For Gastric Issues: Take a tablet of Pantin 40 mg once daily, half an hour before breakfast.

  7. For Itching: Tablet Levocetirizine daily at night.

  8. To Relieve Strain: Avoid straining while passing stool, and limit time spent in the washroom.

  9. For Pain: Tablet Lanol-ER (Paracetamol) twice a day for five days.

Additionally:

  1. Dietary Changes: Avoid non-vegetarian for three to four months.

  2. Hydration: Consume up to four liters of oral fluids daily.

  3. High Fiber Diet: Incorporate a high-fiber diet to support digestive health.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
