Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been feeling completely exhausted lately, and no matter how much I sleep, I cannot shake off this tiredness. Is there something wrong with me? It is starting to affect my work and relationships, and I am at a loss for what to do. I find myself so tired during the day, constantly nodding off. Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

When symptoms like the ones you have described start affecting your work and relationships, there could be various reasons behind your persistent tiredness, ranging from lifestyle factors to underlying health conditions. The first empowering step is to consider whether there might be an organic cause for all your complaints.

It is highly advisable to take charge of your health and consult a professional healthcare provider, especially for multiple blood tests and possibly an X-ray or further diagnostic tests. If these tests find no underlying conditions causing your complaints, it is important to explore other factors such as sleep quality, stress and mental health, nutrition, and hydration. Addressing these concerns can help identify the root cause of your fatigue.

I suggest scheduling an appointment with the healthcare provider to address your concerns and explore further options.

I hope this helps.

Please revert to assist you further.

Thank you.
