Which lotion or cream works for pimples and their scars?

Pimple is due to hormonal issues or oily skin.

1. Do not use hair oil and any sticky cream on the face.

2. Avoid oily food, chocolate, and milk products.

3. Avoid dust and use sunscreen (above 30 SPF).

4. Do not rub any cream on the face.

5. Do not use any steroid creams.

6. Continue treatment for at least one month.

7. Facewash or soap is not a treatment and is not much useful.

8. Do not touch acne and avoid pressing it.

For treatment I suggest the following.

1. Use Clindamycin gel as this is more preventive and curative. Use it all over my face in the morning.
2. Adapalene gel (Adalene and Defferine) use it over acne in night.
3. Take a tablet of Doxycycline 100 mg once a day.
4. Post-acne scars are three types box scars, icepick (pinpoint scars), and rolling scars. Pinpoint scars are difficult to treat while box scars are easy to get rid of.
5. No crams or tablets can help you out with scars.
6. Best technique is CO2 fractional laser and subscision. It takes five to six sitting but results are better than any other procedure
7. Dermaroller plus subscision is also another method but is less effective than above.
8. Filler is a hiding effect it fills the pits and gives an impression of fullness. It is not permanent.
9. Chemical peels if scars are not much prominent then peels also could be effective.

These are techniques you can go through. All procedures take four to six sitting and five to six months for better results.
