There are days when I do not feel like doing anything. I feel like I have nothing to keep going for, and my life is useless. Previously, I was treated for anxiety and depression. However, I did not go for further treatment after my session with a psychotherapist ended. Also, I have used Luvox 5 mg and tablet Alprazolam 0.5 mg in the past.

How to deal with migraine, anger issues, and changes in appetite??

I am 25 years old, and I have been dealing with migraines, but recently, I have observed some changes in myself. I become excessively irritated over trivial matters and experience quick bursts of anger. At times, I feel a sense of hopelessness, a desire to live alone, and a reluctance to engage with my boyfriend. My appetite is shifting towards exclusively craving non-vegetarian and outside foods.
