Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. As per the history provided, whiteheads or closed comedones may appear due to genetic factors, increased oil secretion, climatic changes, dietary imbalances, hormonal fluctuations, and gynecological reasons. I suggest Ahaglow face wash (Glycolic acid, aloe vera, and Citric acid). Apply to face, massage gently in circular motions, and wash off within one minute. Clinmiskin gel (Clindamycin and Nicotinamide) twice daily on the affected area as a spot treatment after using a face wash. The gel may be used in large white heads only. At-home remedies like steam therapy for the face and lightly removed using a comedone extractor may be done where the whiteheads are very gently expressed using a tool. Take Limcee chewable tablet (vitamin C and Ascorbic acid) once daily at night after food to be chewed one hour after dinner. Avoid consuming milk, hot food, or water half an hour before and after consuming the tablet. It may be used for one month. Chemical peels with glycolic acid is a procedure done at a professional clinic by a dermatologist or cosmetologist in sessions of at least six every two weeks to one month. I would suggest you kindly consult a dermatologist for the procedure. It may help keep the white head formation and excess sebum secretions at bay. Consume more fruits, vegetables, and at least ten glasses of water a day. Avoid milk, dairy products, red meat, sweets, and oily or fried food to avoid more oil secretions on your skin. I hope you find it helpful. Kind regards.
