Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have a query about STDs. Two months ago I had protected sex with a sex worker. Before the sexual act, my penis touched the lip of her vagina for 4 to 5 seconds without a condom and I am sure that I did not go in. Until yesterday I had nothing but while I was having a bath, I wet my thumb to wipe my penis and I noticed a lot of white dirt coming out. When I scrubbed the penis ring, there was also a lot of whiteness that came out, and as it came out my ring papules were red. I have attached pictures according to the numbers. In the first picture, you will see a lot of dirt on my penis and also redness on the ring. In the second picture, the dirt can be seen to be less. And in the third picture, the redness is a little less. I have applied coconut oil. Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
For the white thing that is seen, you must clean your penis every day with soap and water or use an antiseptic and water. I also suggest the following -
1. Apply Clotrimazole cream locally two to three times a day.
2. Take the capsule Doxy 100 mg (Doxycycline) once daily for seven days and the tablet Fluconazole 150 mg once daily for five days.
However, please consult a physician, discuss with them, and start taking the medications with their consent.
I have seen all attached files (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). It is almost clean but red. You can consult a skin and venereal disease specialist.
Hope this helps.
Thanks and take care.
