How to get rid of tiny bumps on the face?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have tiny bumps on my face. My face started getting clear of the bumps after my dermatologist built a skincare routine during the summers. But now, I shifted to another city one month ago and I can see tiny bumps all over my face. My skin type is a combination type. I use salicylic gel at night, vitamin C serum, and moisturizer. I cleanse properly. I use Niacinamide, Glycolic acid serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen in the morning. Kindly suggest.

Hello doctor,

I have such bumps on my forehead and both cheeks. My whiteheads had lessened, but they are back even after salicylic acid usage in my daily routine. Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It appears to be atopic skin with comedonal acne. Follow a good skincare routine. Wash face with Cetaphil cleanser twice daily for 20 days. Moisturize skin frequently with ceramide-based moisturizer (ceraVe brand). I suggest you the following-

1. Avoid using harsh cosmetic products.

2. Drink ample water.

3. Eat more greens.

4. Avoid oily or junk foodstuff.

5. Do not scratch or pop the lesions.

It will fade in three weeks. Also, take a tablet of Limcee (Ascorbic acid and Sodium ascorbate) 500mg once a day after breakfast for 30 days. I hope this will help you.

Thank you.
