These are milias. These are small keratin cysts that appear on the skin. There are different treatment options available for it. But the best and definitive treatment is to cauterize it.

Treatment plan

Apply Tretinoin gel plus cold cream on the whole face at night. Cautery of the lesions from a nearby health facility.

Preventive measures

Maintain hygiene of the area, wash with soap and water, avoid using Dettol and other irritants.
