These symptoms appear as prodromal symptoms of a viral illness. You need to take proper precautions by avoiding unnecessary exposure to risk factors. You need to take antibiotics for five days and you can take tablet Cheston cold (Paracetamol, Cetirizine, and Phenylephrine). Keep measuring your body temperature three to four times a day.

Kindly measure your SPO2 (oxygen saturation) with a pulse oximeter and check it three to four times a day. You need to do CBC (complete blood count), ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), liver function test, renal function test, CRP (C-reactive protein), and LDH (lactic acid dehydrogenase). You need to do a chest X-ray.

You can take tablet Limcee (vitamin C 500 mg) one tablet twice a day for fifteen days. You can tablet Zinconia (Zinc 50 mg) one tablet thrice a day for fifteen days, and take tablet Beplex Forte (vitamin supplement) one tablet once daily for fifteen days.
