Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Please check for urine infection first. Take a urinalysis, urine culture and vaginal swab, and urine diary if all the above tests come normal. Try to quit recreational drugs as it could be a side effect of those. Night tea, coffee, and any other food also affect you. Morning hours, a night during sleep, which time are you feeling most? If the above tests come normal, visit your gynecologist if the problem persists. Maintain strict hygiene and wear soft, comfortable undergarments. Use condoms to avoid transmission of sexually transmitted diseases and have healthy eating and drinking habits, pelvic floor exercises, and bladder training. It will help you as well.

Best of luck.
