Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I had unprotected intercourse with my partner five days ago. My partner ejaculated outside the vagina. For the last two days, I have been having dizziness, stomach upset and itching in the vagina, therefore I doubt pregnancy. Please help me out.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern and will surely help you, Let me first tell you that pregnancy can be caused by unprotected intercourse despite ejaculating outside; as the precum secreted before the intercourse also has adequate sperm content to cause pregnancy. Secondly, even if pregnancy is there, it has barely been five days and no signs appear so early for pregnancy.Thirdly, for itching of the vagina, please use a good feminine wash and apply Surfaz-SN cream (beclometasone, neomycin and clotrimazole) locally. Dizziness and stomach upset may be due to some other underlying problem. Please share if you have other signs like loose motion and vomiting. Do share these details for my better assessment to help you better.

Regards.
