Hi doctor,
My son has had a fever for the past four days, and the temperature is around 98 degrees Fahrenheit. Unfortunately, the levels are not dropping. In addition, he has headaches and a dry cough. We got the blood tests done, and the results were positive for typhoid salmonella. What type of home remedies will help my son recover soon?

If tested positive for typhoid, I suggest it is better to get admitted to the hospital for antibiotic treatment. Unfortunately, no such home remedies are available which can replace antibiotics. I hope this has helped you.
