Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am going to get married in three weeks. I have no prior experience with sex. I am anxious about my sexual performance after my wedding.
What should I do?
Can I take Tadalafil? Is it safe?
How many milligrams?
I am over 30 years old. Also, please tell me how to know if my erection is normal or not?
Kindly help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understood your concern.
If you do not have an erection issue, you do not need to take tadalafil. just like if you do not have a fever, you do not take paracetamol. You are supposed to be innocent and a virgin as your partner expects. If you want to perform better, follow a diet and exercise.
List of exercises: Kegels, squats, pelvic thrusts, bridge pose, jump rope, reverse lunges, yoga (cobra pose), planks, cycling, and swimming.
Do all exercises consistently; do not rely on just one for results.
Drink adequate water to maintain hydration and muscle function.
Ensure your protein intake is sufficient for muscle recovery and strength.
Food:
Fruits (one to two servings per day): pomegranates, bananas, watermelon, pineapple, avocados.
Vegetables (two to three servings per day): spinach, broccoli, kale, tomatoes, ginger.
Nuts (two to three pieces per day): almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, pistachios, cashews.
Avoid processed foods; they lower testosterone and harm circulation.
Drink at least 101 ounces of water daily to keep blood flow optimal.
Eat whole, natural foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and lean proteins.
If you really have an erection issue, take a tablet containing Tadalafil 10 mg, one hour before sex.
I hope that this answers your query.
Kindly follow up if you have more doubts.
Thank you.

Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understood your concern.
You can take this medication twice a week. One hour before sex. It is not addictive. If you follow a diet and exercise, we can stop the medication in the future. You can use the medication for two months.
I hope that this answers your query.
Kindly follow up if you have more doubts.
Thank you.
