Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I have a combination skin and sweat a lot. As such, it is very difficult to find the exact perfect sunscreen for my face, but at last, I found Derma Co 1 % HA sunscreen, which does not leave a white cast or sweats. But now it provides all such benefits. The primary benefits of acting against the sun must be included, and I am getting terrible tanning. Kindly help and suggest good sunscreen.
Thanks.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com
I understand your concern.
For any sunscreen, it is essential to check the SPF (sun protection factor), which would be ideal for your skin type. 50 + SPF helps with protection against the sun. Apart from the same presence of zinc oxide or titanium dioxide is also helpful and excellent in sunscreens. Silicon gel-based sunscreens are the best choice for oily or skin that sweats.
I suggest you to do the following:
1. Always apply sunscreen 20 minutes before going out, or it is the last step of the skincare routine at home. Make sure to reapply sunscreen every two hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunscreen for the face and neck should be one teaspoon.
2. Chemical peeling procedures can be done for skin tanning, usually done at an anesthetic clinic by a dermatologist. In this procedure, a solution will be applied to your facial skin and left for 5 to 10 minutes, then wiped out and sunscreen applied. This inexpensive and superficial procedure is without any side effects and can be done once every two weeks.
I hope the information will help.
Thank you.
