Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I want to ask about my stomach pain. I have a hard time while breathing and burping before, during, and after taking meals. It lasts till now. It keeps bothering me every day. I am worried about my health. I have stomach pain at the upper center part of the stomach and I do not have diarrhea or constipation. Sometimes, I take an antacid tablet. It also gives me a mild heartache. Please help me. Kindly suggest medicine that helps to provide relief from stomach pain.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
You have symptoms due to gastritis. Start taking tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily half an hour before food for two weeks. Stay away from hot beverages including coffee and tea, spicy foods, bakery products, and products containing gluten like bread. Take a healthy diet with lots of vegetables and fruits. Drink nine glasses of water every day. Do not take food that is too hot or cold. Reduce milk consumption and curd in your diet. Kindly follow these measures to have some relief.
