Is it possible to increase breast size naturally?
Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 22-year-old female and have a small breast size. My underbust is 69 centimeters, and my overbust is 79 centimeters. Nowadays, I am a little conscious of my breast because I wanted to purchase a bra online, and they told me that my size is not available means there is no bra for my size. I feel tensed because it is a problem, and now I want to increase my breast size naturally. So I want to know the causes of small breast size and how I can increase breast size naturally without surgery. I had chikungunya four years back, and at that time, I was underweight, but now I am fine. I also suffered from irregular periods since I first had my period. I have irregular periods and sometimes they come late by a month or two. My test reports of blood pressure, sugar, and thyroid are normal. Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have read your query and your concern. Many factors affect breast size. It differs in women due to genetics, physical activities, diet, etc. You are still in the developing phase, so take precautions before hormonal treatment. Have a balanced diet. Do exercise, yoga, and aerobics daily under the supervision of a trainer. Take complete treatment for any health issues you have. Include citrus fruits, dry fruits, and lots of vegetables in your diet. Do recreational activities and quit recreational drugs. I hope things will get better gradually. Do not expect a sudden change. Report abnormal hair growth, if any. Follow-up with pelvic scan report after three months.
Thank you.
