You have severe allergic rhinitis with associated sinusitis. Before going to the treatment, I explain the cascade of events in a simple manner. You can follow these measures to treat both allergy and sinusitis. Wear an N95 mask when you go out. Do not allow any dust or irritative substance to enter the nose. You can take tablet Sinarest (Chlorpheniramine maleate with Paracetamol) one tablet two times a day after food for 15 days, tablet Allegra (Fexofenadine) one tablet two times a day after food for 15 days, tablet Zerodol 4 mg (Aceclofenac with Thiocolchicoside) one tablet two times a day after food for five days, and tablet Clarithromycin 500 mg one tablet two times a day after food for 15 days. You can use Duonase nasal spray (Fluticasone propionate with Azelastine) two puffs two times a day in both nostrils for three months. You can take tablet Mucomix 600 mg (Acetylcysteine) one tablet two times a day after food for a week, and take tablet Wysolone 10 mg (Prednisolone) one tablet after breakfast for a week. You can do steam inhalation three to four times a day. You can use salt water gargles eight to ten times a day for a month.
