Hello doctor,
I lost my virginity to my girlfriend and we have had sex multiple times but I can not finish. I can barely feel anything after about a minute, I am able to finish only by myself.

Loss of libido can be due to a variety of reasons such as urine infection which can be diagnosed by complete urine examination and pelvis ultrasound; hormonal disturbances like low testosterone, low levels of thyroid, and high levels of prolactin. Obesity can also be linked to this problem, plan for regular exercise and yoga. Another factor is high cholesterol levels that is diagnosed with lipid profile test. Chronic disease, anxiety, or any chronic medication can also cause this condition. Ultrasonography (USG) pelvis to rule out pelvis infection, complete blood count (CBC), blood pressure, and blood sugar level also need to be checked.
