Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 31-year-old male. My height is 5’10” feet and my weight is 76 kg. Suddenly, I lost my libido and my erection also got worse. Even after taking supplements, my testosterone levels became low. This has been going on for a year. I took Tamoxifen, Clomifene and Testosterone propionate. All these tables did not help me much and Tamoxifen helped me slightly and it did not last long. Almost all my laboratory results were fine. I do not have any problem with my thyroid. I have low insulin and my glucose levels are normal. Kindly help me to increase my testosterone levels.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It seems to be due to excessive masturbation habits in past, lack of exercise, or lack of proper sleep. Alone medicines will not work permanently. Do yoga and pranayam regularly. Go for walks regularly. Take dates, dry fruits, and bananas regularly. I suggest you take two capsules of Tentex (Hibiscus Abelmoschus 10 mg, Withania somnifera 81 mg, Argyreia speciosa 32 mg, and Mucuna pruriens) twice a day and a tablet of Riconia G (Ginseng extract, multivitamins, multiminerals and antioxidants) one per day for three months. Send me a follow-up after three weeks.

Thank you.
