Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am 29-years-old and weigh 165 pounds. I am 1.8 meters tall. I work at night. I have recently been to a sex worker after having a heavy dose of alcohol, and I could not perform for obvious reasons. However, I visited the same sex worker again without having any alcohol. I could not lift myself. I do understand that alcohol impacts sex life. I am seriously thinking of quitting it.
However, I have a few questions to ask.
1. How long will it take for me to reach my previous libido levels?
2. Do I have to do anything besides quitting smoking and alcohol?
3. Is having sex with a sex worker more strenuous compared to having it with a wife or a girlfriend?
4. Does working at night restrict the male libido?
5. Why do some men perform pretty well with sex workers despite being alcoholics?
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your concern.
You have no organic issue with erection. Due to alcohol, you could not perform with a commercial sex worker, which resulted in stress; thus, your mind learned this, and the second time, you also had the same issue. The problem is psychological.
Quit alcohol and smoking.
Have a healthy life, and you will feel better.
Having sex with a commercial sex worker is difficult because of the associated guilt and stress.
This results in poor performance. While at the same time, others who unconsciously suppress this do not pay attention to these things and have strong erections.
Thank you for consulting me.
