I am 34-years-old, and my wife is 38-years-old. It has been nine years of our marriage. Nowadays, my sex drive is reduced. We did not have intercourse even once a month. How do we increase the sexual feelings? If I am trying to have intercourse, within one or two minutes, I ejaculate. Please advise.

This is called premature ejaculation. Low sex drive may be due to some chronic infection in the body. I suggest you kindly do the following tests.

1) Urine routine and culture test.

2) Complete hemogram.

3) Fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels.

4) Semen culture test.
