Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
The sperms start coming out of my penis after having sex and it is a painful condition.
Please suggest treatment.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your query and understood your concern.
It is normal for sperm to come through the penis. There is nothing wrong if they are discharged during sexual stimulation. However, pain often indicates infection in young couples, and the same may be true for you. I am assuming this because the start of pain after sexual intercourse could indicate sexually transmitted infection, provided you had unprotected sexual intercourse. I, therefore, suggest you get a urine analysis done. In case the report turns out abnormal, there is a need for further evaluation keeping in mind the sexually transmitted infections. The treatment will be based on the test results.
I hope this has helped you.
Thanks and regards.
Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
Thanks for replying.
The sperm that was coming out after sex is still coming out after a few days.
Please help me.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I suggest you take a tablet of Azithromycin (antibiotic) 1 gram followed by a repeat dose after one week. The recommended dose is for healthy young adults and for a person with less than 50 kilograms, the dose should be just 750 milligrams on the first day and day eight (after one week).
Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.
I hope this has helped you.
Thanks and regards.
