Can sciatica cause unbearable pain in one leg?

I am having pain in my right leg, from the lower back to the foot. I think it is sciatica pain. I am unable to bare the pain. Kindly suggest medicines for immediate pain relief and permanent cure.

1. Tablet Ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily after food.
2. Tablet Rabeprazole 20 mg once daily before food for ten days.
