Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am in my late forties with diabetes, hypertension, gastritis, and thyroid medication. Also, I take tablet Gluconorm 1 gm, Tablet Zoryl 0.5 mg, Tablet Telma 20 mg, Tablet Razo 10 mg, Tablet Thyronorm 75 mg, Capsule Rosehip 5 mg, and Capsule Betacap 40 mg. However, the sex time with my partner has decreased, and I want to increase it. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Controlling glucose levels is most important. Also, get the HbA1c (hemoglobin A1c) test done and send test results to evaluate the problem properly and suggest appropriate treatment.

Kindly revert with the report.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

The HbA1c is 6.8 percent.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Diabetes is under control. Check whether the thyroid profile, especially TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone), is normal (with thyroxine treatment)?

Also, I would suggest the following:

  • Physical activities like walking, playing, yoga, meditation, etc.
  • Do pelvic floor exercises which are very helpful.
  • Add pumpkin seeds, kidney beans, garlic, and onions to your food.
  • Capsule Zincovit (multivitamin) once daily after lunch for 20 days.
  • Use a condom so that sensitivity decreases and lasts longer.
  • Thank you.
