How can elders improve refractory time after an orgasm?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am healthy, but I want to improve my refractory time after orgasm.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern. I have a few questions, like whether you are having issues with ejaculation or the quality of your erection. For an average man, climaxing once in a sexual session lasting for ten minutes or so is considered normal, so you are already doing pretty well compared to the majority of the men out there.

Regardless, it may be possible that your problem is due to age-related hypogonadism. I, therefore, suggest you take a tablet of Tadalafil (phosphodiesterase inhibitor) before meals and see if it improves your symptoms. I would also like you to do a couple of tests, such as serum testosterone, fasting blood sugar, serum prostate-specific antigen levels, and thyroid profile. I would also advise you to continue doing pelvic floor exercises. I suggest you use sexual stimulation in between intercourse to enhance your sensation.

I hope this has helped you.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.
