Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I thoroughly read your query and understand your concern.
I am sorry to hear about your situation. Based on the information provided, if you have been bitten by something, it could be from various sources like insects, spiders, or even certain types of plants. The red spots and itchiness are common reactions to insect bites or allergic reactions. Here are some steps I suggest you follow:
1. Clean the affected areas: Wash the bite sites gently with soap and water to remove any residual irritants or bacteria.
2. Apply a cold compress: A cold compress, such as a clean washcloth soaked in cold water or an ice pack wrapped in a thin cloth, can help alleviate itching and reduce inflammation.
3. Avoid scratching: Although it can be difficult, try your best to resist scratching the affected areas, as it can lead to further skin irritation and potential infection.
4. Over-the-counter remedies: You might find relief by using over-the-counter antihistamine creams, Hydrocortisone creams, or oral antihistamines, following the instructions provided on the packaging. These can help reduce itching and redness.
5. Monitor for signs of infection: Keep an eye on the red spots for any signs of increasing pain, warmth, swelling, or pus formation. If any of these occur, seek medical attention promptly, as it might indicate an infection.
Get well soon.
Regards.
