I had shaved my pubic area, and now I have itching and red bumps. Is it normal? Kindly advise.

I understand your concern. It appears like pseudofolliculitis, a condition that usually happens after shaving due to ingrown hairs. The other possibilities include the following tinea cruris, a fungal infection, candidal infection, bacterial folliculitis, molluscum with secondary infection and white bumps, scabies and contact dermatitis. Since when do you have them? When did you last shave? Are you sexually active? Please share a clinical picture for an appropriate diagnosis. Kindly revert with answers to the above questions.
