Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 18 years old. It has been two to three years since I have been addicted to masturbation. Specifically, I am prone to masturbation with a pillow. I can see slight shrinkage in my penis from last year and big blue veins that look weird and unnatural. I am very nervous about it. Please suggest something to overcome this.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Do not worry. Send us a picture of the affected area of the penis erected and flaccid. Please do color doppler studies of the penis, ultrasound of the scrotum, male hormone assay, and send me the report as you get them. It will help to advise you properly. Meanwhile, to regain your stamina and strength of penis, I advise you to

  1. Stop masturbation totally.

  2. Do yoga and pranayam regularly.

  3. Do ashwini mudra regularly.

  4. Go for walks regularly.

  5. Take dates and dry fruits regularly.

  6. Take capsule Semento (Ayurvedic medicine) two capsules twice a day.

  7. Take Ashwagandharishta (Ayurvedic medicine) 3 teaspoons three times a day.

  8. Musli pak one tablespoon twice a day.

Continue all for three months.

Thank you for consulting me.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
