How can severe dust allergy be controlled?

I suffer from a severe allergy to dust and pollution in the winter. I have been sneezing continuously, and my eyes have become red and itchy. My sinuses and head hurt a lot.

The first thing to remember is that an allergy is a lifelong disease. We can control allergies, but we cannot cure them.
