This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have had premature ejaculation problems from the beginning. I thought it was pretty normal, So I tried using spray to make sex delay. But I felt this was not the permanent solution, and I am not using any particular medication for this problem. Please suggest.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern about your symptoms.

There are many reasons for premature ejaculation like

• Stressful work – night duties, twenty-four-hour jobs.

• Diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid issue affects premature ejaculation. Keeping your blood sugar, blood pressure and thyroid hormones under control will help you.

• On long-term medication related to hypertension and anti-psychiatric medications.

• Frequent masturbation.

• Excess porn watching.

• Receiving less foreplay from a partner or lack of knowledge regarding foreplay and female masturbation.

• Having an affair gives you a guilty feeling.

• Lack of exercise and obesity.

You need to check fasting blood sugar and postprandial blood sugar (FBS and PPBS) to rule out diabetes, check your blood pressure, and free triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4), and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH ), to rule out thyroid issues. I suggest you use the tablet Duralast (Dapoxetine) 30 mg as a temporary solution.

Natural methods that you can try:

  • To increase the foreplay duration during sex, women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay, and men should receive ten to fifteen minutes of foreplay for a good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection. Foreplay should be in a relaxed manner. Your partner should learn to give foreplay in a way that you do not ejaculate and enjoy.
  • You can try relaxing music.
  • Delay condoms can help you.
  • Inserting the penis into the vagina is not everything in sex. Sex is not a race duration and it does not mean your partner is happy. Love your partner, learn about female masturbation, and give your partner an orgasm.

I hope this helps.

Regards.
