How to improve penile erection and ejaculation?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have low ejaculation and less erection time. My partner is not satisfied during sex even after multiple intercourse.

Kindly help.

Answered by Dr. Ashok Kumar

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description, it appears that you are suffering from premature ejaculation. I also like to inform you that premature ejaculation is largely treatable with medication as well as behavioral techniques. I do not understand what you mean by low ejaculation as there is nothing called low ejaculation related to the sexual satisfaction of a partner. In fact, the ejaculation amount may be related to the potential to father a child but not sexual satisfaction.

I hope this helps you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Actually, my partner tells me she feels sexual satisfaction whenever I ejaculate inside her, and every time she used to take pills after I ejaculate.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thanks for the follow-up.

Regarding her experience, which is unique, I feel counseling will help her. Regarding your second question, I suggest you to get a semen analysis done in your city to find out the possibility of fathering a child. The semen analysis report is enough to spell out the possibility in a clear manner.

I hope this helps you.
