Use Permite BB soap (Permethrin) for two months. Use Fucibet cream (Betamethasone and Fusidic Acid) to be applied during the daytime for ten days. Consult a specialist doctor, talk to him or her, and start the treatment. Also, I suggest you practice safe sex, use barriers, avoid stress and stay relaxed. Thank you for the response. The acne were burning when I was having sex today. I had fever last weekend for which I took tablet Paracetamol. I have itching in my private area. Also, I do not have an increase in urination or pain, and the color of my urine is yellow.

The condition is balanitis xerotica obliterans. I suggest the below treatment plan. Use Cream Hydrocortisone 1 % to be applied at night for 15 days. Use Cream Fusidic acid to be applied during the daytime for seven days. Take Tablet Loratidine 10 mg once after breakfast for ten days.
