Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have problems with my hair. I am losing my hair in six spots. I consulted the doctor. He suggested me a gel, but it is not working. He told me that it was due to some white blood cell activity. Can you suggest me a medicine?

I suggest you inject Triamcinolone Acetonide 5mg/ml over the scalp once for three weeks. The injection should be given by a dermatologist only. You can also try Fluocinolone Acetonide cream, 0.2 % in the morning, and 0.03 % Tacrolimus cream at night for a month after consulting your doctor.
