Hello doctor,

I have been suffering from acne for about seven months now. I never had acne in the past. Suddenly it came now and making me stressed. For the first two months, I have lots of whiteheads (lots) on my forehead, and after some time, it becomes big pimples with pus. I have the urge to prick, so I do prick a lot, and now it is full of dark acne spots with small pimples, and there are big hard pimples with no pus that I do not know how to deal with. Please help me.
