Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have symptoms like incredibly dry eyes and pain, heartburn, either loose or hard stools, and sometimes blood, chills, bad memory, brain fog, very severe fatigue, and nightmares at night with screams. After a night's sleep, after two hours, it becomes very sleepy again, if you sleep, then you feel better until the evening. I feel the causes can be nicotine, coffee, vitamin B, any sweeteners and sugary products, including milk and fruits, exercise, stress, cold and hot showers, hard mental work, sharp pain, eating, especially if hot and too full of saturation. I went through many doctors and took tests: according to these indicators, I am healthy. There is mild gastritis and mild osteochondrosis. What could this be?
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com
I read your query and understand your concern. Burning sensation and discomfort in the upper abdomen are usually caused by stomach disease indeed. Sometimes such symptoms are also caused by gallstones, however, the pain is more on the right side and radiates to the back. And your symptoms seem to be caused by a peptic ulcer, stomach inflammation, or acid reflux disease. Helicobacter Pylori infection can be present and trigger all your symptoms. In such cases, without antibiotics, any treatment will be pointless. Endoscopy this test, Helicobacter Pylori infection will be also verified. I hope this will help, feel free to ask further questions.
Thank you.
