Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

He is having two different issues.

1. Nausea and stomach pain can be because of inflammation of gastric mucosa called gastritis. From that, he can be prescribed antacid and antiemetic drug. Cooked oatmeal will help in soothing the stomach. Curd can be included in the diet. Heavy fatty foods should be restricted for a few days. Avoid excess spicy foods. If no improvement, then antibiotic course prescribed and endoscopy planned if needed.

2. For nose bleeding, if one episode then it can be neglected. Or else rule out the underlying cause by measuring blood pressure, rhinoscopy nose examination, etc. If there is a history of trauma to nose then also bleeding can occur. You can pinch the nose with thumb and index finger to stop bleeding.
