Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 27 year old male. Is there any medicine for penis enlargement because my penis is very small. Also, I am feeling sex mood but my penis is not getting hard until I use my hand with some shakes. Then slowly, it gets strong. Due to this, my partner feels I am unfit to have sex. Even she tries to get my penis strong, but it takes so much time to get it strong. So, if there are any good medicines to increase my penis size and penis stamina, please help me.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest you start Climinax tablet (vitamin supplement), once daily. It is natural and will not cause any side effects.

Regarding erection, you can use Tadacip (Tadalafil) 10 mg, 30 minutes before intercourse.

Penis size and girth do not matter at all.
