Why does nipple discharge happen after an abortion?

Hi doctor,

I had an abortion when I was six weeks pregnant, and it is been two weeks since I had an abortion. However, today I noticed some yellowish-whitish fluid coming out of my breast when I pressed on it. This only happens when I squeeze the breast, and I am not sure if it is normal, considering I am still in the early stages of pregnancy (six weeks). Please give your opinion.
