Hello doctor,
Whenever I have sexual emotions, chat with a girlfriend, or watch nude movies, my penis releases a white-colored fluid extract like sperm. I feel wet at night and when I wake up in the morning. I tried a lot to control myself but failed. I do not understand why it happens. How to stop this problem?

Precum, pre-ejaculatory fluid (PED), is a normal secretion that comes before you ejaculate so sperm can travel smoothly and get out of the penis. You can control the episodes of PED by controlling your erotic feelings. Methods to control erotic feelings are sex education, physical exercises, sleep adjustment, quality of sleep, a healthy and balanced diet, programming for leisure time, development of spirituality, and taking a cold bath.
