I have seen your nerve conduction velocity (NCV) reports. Please consult a neurologist in your city because you will need more testing to find out the cause of this peripheral neuropathy such as serum protein electrophoresis, antinuclear antibody (ANA) BLOT, serum calcium, CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) study. After getting these test results, you might start steroid or IVIG (intravenous immunoglobulin) or plasmapheresis.

I suggest you try those medicines for a month but do the above investigations as early as possible. Along with that do erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and C reactive protein (CRP) also.
