Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I got some pimple-like bumps on my penis. But, I was not able to identify the cause for it. I observed that it happens to me after masturbation most of the time. So, please suggest some remedies for this problem because they are painful. I am uploading a picture.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Can you please provide more information. Since when is the lesion present? Does it itch? Are there any other lesions in the groin or elsewhere on the body? Have you been applying any creams or washing the affected area with any antiseptics? Was there any recent sexual exposure?

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

As I observed, it comes sometimes after masturbation and after few days it gets cleared automatically. It does not itch but it pains if it is touched. I have not applied any cream till now and I do not have any sexual contact either.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

From the clinical images (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity) it appears more like a bruise. There is nothing in support of an infection or contact dermatitis. This could be a consequence of forceful masturbation, dry masturbation, or multiple attempts of it.

You could start using a lubricant containing petroleum jelly during masturbation. Also, taking vitamin C-rich foods would help prevent such episodes. I suggest using ointment containing Heparin and Benzyl nicotinate for local application if such a lesion appears again.

I hope you are satisfied with my answer. For further queries, you can consult me at icliniq.

Thank you.
